  • Insta SS – 6675, should be used at concentration of 18-20 ppm on the basis of clarified juice.
  • Insta SS – 6675, can be easily diluted with water and mixed with the clarified juice just before its entry into the evaporator.

Scaling due to its Calcium salts and silica which are normally present in the sugar juice is controlled effectively and excellent by Insta SS – 6675.

•Antiscalant contains powerful sequestering agents which forms water soluble complexes with scale forming captions such as Ca, Mg etc.

•In the juice evaporation process all the conditions are present to create scaling, evaporation of water, increasing pH & increasing temperature will crystallize the salts present in the juices & favor organic deposition. Insta SS – 6675, due to its crystal distortion property any scales that are formed soft and friable thereby making cleaning process easy

•Insta SS – 6675, does not interfere with the crystallization process of sugar.
